Annual Board Meeting & Election Info

FYI: To Lake James Property Owners, due to the Covid-19 virus and the Governors rules and regulations, it has been decided by the board to cancel the 2020 Annual meeting and board elections.This is an unprecedented situation. We waited about as long as we could, to see if the situation changed, but it has not. So we figured we would send out notification so people planning on attending the meeting, can go ahead and make other plans.

The plan is to have the next annual meeting in August 2021, unless we are under the same kind of circumstances. We hope all are well and stay safe.
