DUES

The association dues for 2025-2026 are $232 per lot per year and due by October 31, 2025. Please mail your dues with the form that was mailed to you to the address provided. If you did not receive or misplaced the form, please send your dues and include a note with your name, contact information, lake address and any additional information or comments to the LJPOA address listed at the bottom of each page on this website.

BOAT LAUNCH KEYS

A green key is required to gain access to our boat launch area. If you have an old orange key you can have it replaces with a green one at no charge. If you do not have a key and have paid up dues for your lot(s) you can obtain a key by contacting Dante' Spagnolo @ boatlaunchkey@lakejamesmi.com and schedule a time to pick it up. There is a $50 fee for a new key.
