ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The LJPOA annual meeting is typically on or near the 3rd Saturday in August.

A notice will be sent out 30 days prior to the meeting with specifics on the date, time and agenda.

2021 ANNUAL MEETING

The LJPOA annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday August 21, 2021 at 9am at the Denton Township Hall. 

2020 ANNUAL MEETING

Cancelled due to the pandemic and the governor’s restrictions on indoor meetings (10) and outdoor meeting limits (100). Determined virtual meeting as not viable: not being inclusive for our residents, costs and licensing requirements and training and competence to hold large meetings effectively. Decision to leverage an issues document (this document) to keep issues and actions updated on the website and through email.
