Dues

Hello Homeowners,

Please be advised that all dues must be paid by October 31 each year.

At end of business Jan 31, 2020 the LJPOA association will begin placing liens and/or filing to small claims court and/or collection agencies and/or reports to Equifax/TRW, credit reporting firms as to status of default of payment. The homeowner in default will be responsible for any and all costs, including but not just limited to attorney fees, court costs, filing fees, lien release fees, etc. Note: All liens filed will be assessed 7% percent interest and interest will be compounded.

We are contacting title companies/banks/credit unions/financial institutions to inform them of this action.

At the current time we have 69 homeowners in default. Some as high as $3,729.51 Total dollar amount owed to our community $20,354.86.

At the request and input from our community and as representatives of our community, LJPOA board, will pursue legal action.
