The applicant proposes to place approximately 264 cubic yards of rock riprap along 499 feet of Lake James shoreline, and discharge approximately 144 cubic yards of a combination of peastone, sand, and rocks in order to create a swim area that is 82-feet-long by 32-feet-wide.
