Paddle Boat Found

Found floating just north of the tube near Roscommon Road on Lake James.....

tan over blue paddle boat. Brand is Water Wheeler. It has a battery compartment, no battery, so I believe it has a motor. It is full of water and very heavy, it has been in the lake, partially submerged, for several days. It is tied up at my house. If I can drain it, I will get it up on dry land.
