NOTICE: LAKE JAMES RESIDENTS
Should the Lake James Property Owners Association establish a contract with the below listed company for a humane goose removal from Lake James, a 50% approval rate from residents is required. This service would be tentatively scheduled during May of 2021. It was explained that the goose return rate may be approximately 60% over a three-month period which would mean a much lesser population of geese on the lake.
Cost for this service will be drawn from the LJPOA general fund:
DNR permit cost $200.00
Goose Removal - $350 per 50 count
Since a 50% resident approval rate is required for the removal of the geese, kindly respond with a simple YES or NO to Rocky Daversa at rdaversa242@gmail.com by September 4, 2020.
